How to find your model and serial number:

1. Check the back of your smoker. You’ll find the warranty and certification label on the top right corner, similar to the illustration below:
   
   
   
2. The Model number is on the top right corner, in red as illustrated above.
   
3. The 16 digit serial number is located at the bottom of the label, as illustrated in red on the diagram above.
4. Full Name.
5. Full Address including Postcode, State & Country.
6. Email Adress
7. Date of Purchase
8. Place of Purchase
